1. Introduction
Welcome to Potoslime! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and purchase of Potoslime T-Shirts (“Products”) through potoslime.com. By shopping with us, you agree to follow these Terms, which are designed to protect your rights and ensure transparency in every T-Shirt purchase.
2. Eligibility and Use
- Age: You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian, to order our T-Shirts.
- Personal Use: Our T-Shirts are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Wholesale/resale is not permitted without written approval.
- Account Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for all activities under your login and agree to keep your password secure.
3. Product Information & Orders
- Product Descriptions: We do our best to describe each T-Shirt’s size, fit, color, material (cotton, poly blend, etc.), and care instructions. Small variations in color or design may occur due to monitor settings or batch differences.
- Sizing: Please consult the T-Shirt sizing chart before ordering. Sizing varies between styles (e.g., slim fit vs. relaxed fit).
- Stock Availability: If a T-Shirt is out of stock after you order, we’ll notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
- Order Process: Orders are processed in the order received and confirmed via email. Changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Currency: All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
- Payment Methods: We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards. Payments are processed securely—your card data is never stored on our servers.
- Payment Terms: Orders must be paid in full before T-Shirts are shipped.
- Pricing Errors: If there’s a pricing or product listing error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Service Area: We currently only ship T-Shirts within the United States.
- Shipping From: All orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse (Plano, TX).
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery Time: Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days. Delivery may take longer during sales, holidays, or due to carrier delays.
- Order Tracking: You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your T-Shirt ships.
- Delivery Issues: If your T-Shirt is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 days for resolution.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
- Return Eligibility:
- T-Shirts must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns due to sizing issues are accepted if the product is in new condition.
- Custom/personalized T-Shirts are not eligible for return unless defective.
- How to Request a Return:
- Email contact@potoslime.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
- Our team will provide instructions and, if approved, a prepaid return label.
- Refunds:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.
- Shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong size or defective T-Shirt).
- Exchanges:
- If you need a different size, contact us for a fast exchange (stock permitting).
- Exchanges follow the same eligibility as returns.

7. Product Care and Use
- Care Instructions:
- Follow the care label inside your T-Shirt for best results. Most Potoslime T-Shirts are machine-washable in cold water and should be air-dried or tumble dried on low.
- Avoid bleach or ironing directly on prints.
- Defective Items:
- If you believe your T-Shirt is defective due to material or workmanship, contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
8. Intellectual Property
All images, designs, logos, product names, and content on Potoslime.com are protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights and are the exclusive property of Potoslime or its partners. No content may be copied, reproduced, or reused without permission.
9. User Reviews & Submissions
- Content Policy: If you submit a review or upload a photo of your T-Shirt, you grant Potoslime the right to display and use this content in marketing and on our website.
- Review Standards: Content must be relevant, respectful, and genuine. Inappropriate or fraudulent reviews will be removed.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Potoslime is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our T-Shirts or website.
- Our total liability will never exceed the price paid for your T-Shirt.
11. Privacy
- Your use of our site and T-Shirt shopping experience is governed by our Privacy Policy.
- We collect, use, and protect your information in accordance with all US privacy laws and best practices.
12. Policy Updates
Potoslime may update these Terms at any time. The effective date will be indicated at the top of the page. Continued use of our site means acceptance of the revised Terms.
