At Potoslime, we pride ourselves on the quality of our T-shirts and strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order or if it doesn’t meet your expectations, here’s how you can easily return or exchange it.
Conditions for Returns/Exchange
- Items must be returned in new condition with all original tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product arrives damaged.
- The product design is not the same as the one you ordered.
- The product size differs from what you ordered.
- The product material differs from what you ordered.
- The product you ordered is not the one you received.
- The product differs from how it was described in the original.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Custom-made products unless they are defective or do not match the customization specifications provided in your order.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at contact@potoslime.com with the subject “Return/Refund Request.”. Our customer support team will respond within 2–3 business days. Include your order number and any photos or videos that demonstrate the issue.
- We will review your request and send you a return shipping label via email.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided in the return label.
If you do not have our email confirming the eligibility of your return request, no refunds will be issued.
Please DO NOT automatically return the package without confirmation via email, as we cannot be held liable for lost returns.
There will be no refund issued to you if we don’t receive the return package. As a result, please send the tracking number from the carrier you used to return the item(s) to contact@potoslime.com in a separate email.
Exchange Process
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that do not fit. We strongly advise all customers to carefully select the appropriate size using the size chart provided on our website.
We accept exchanges in cases where the product is wrong, damaged, or not as described. Customers will not have to pay any fees to exchange goods.
You only receive a replacement that has the same or higher price than the returned item. (Please pay an extra cost if the exchanged products have a higher price).

- Contact us at contact@potoslime.com with the subject “Exchange Request”. Our customer support team will respond within 2–3 business days. Include your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return for exchange.
- We will review your request and send you a return shipping label via email to send back us the item(s).
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided in the return label.
When we receive the return item(s) for exchange, we will notify you via email and replacement products will be sent after that within 2-3 business days.
Note: Please DO NOT automatically return the package without confirmation via email, as we cannot be held liable for lost returns.
Return Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., faulty or incorrect item), we will cover all shipping costs and provide a full refund or exchange the item at no additional cost to you.
Restocking Fee:
- There will be no charge for restocking in case of returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Issues with Refund
If you haven’t seen the refund in your account after 10-15 days, first check with your bank or credit card provider. Processing times can vary. If issues persist, kindly get in touch with us at contact@potoslime.com.
