  • Timeframe: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders made after 2:00PM – (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time will be scheduled for processing on the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Details

  • Domestic Shipping (USA):
    • Cost: $5.95 per order.
    • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days.
  • International Shipping:
    • Cost: $12.98 per order.
    • Delivery Time: 10-20 business days, subject to customs clearance.

  • Tracking: Use the tracking number on the carrier’s website to track your shipment. Tracking is active within 48 hours post-shipment.

    • Stolen Packages: We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location as we are not responsible for theft post-delivery.

  • Address Changes: Must be reported immediately within 24 hours. We offer a limited timeframe for corrections post-order placement.
