Shipping Policy – Potoslime T-Shirts

Effective Date: November 11, 2025

1. Where We Ship (T-Shirts Only)

Potoslime is proud to serve T-shirt lovers across the United States.

  • We ship exclusively to US addresses.
  • No international, APO/FPO, or P.O. Box shipments for T-shirts at this time.

2. Order Processing: From Click to Packing

Processing Window:

  • All T-shirt orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders received by 2:00 PM CST (Chicago Time) are processed the same business day.
  • Orders received after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.

Personalized & Bulk Orders:

For custom-printed or bulk T-shirt orders, please allow up to 1 additional business day for order review and handling.

Order Confirmation:

Immediately after your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your T-shirt order details.

3. Packing & Quality Checks

Before any T-shirt leaves our warehouse:

  • Each T-shirt is individually inspected for quality (correct size, print, color, and no defects).
  • T-shirts are folded neatly and packed in a protective, weather-resistant mailer to ensure they arrive clean and ready to wear.

4. Shipping Methods, Timeframes, and Fees

Carrier Partners:

We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx for all T-shirt shipments, selecting the fastest and most reliable option for your location.

Shipping Fee:

Flat rate of $5.95 per T-Shirt order – no hidden handling fees.

Transit Time:

Once shipped, your T-shirt is typically delivered within 3–5 business days nationwide.

Total Estimated Delivery:

Expect your Potoslime T-Shirt to arrive in 5–8 business days after you place your order (processing + transit).

Signature Requirement:

Most orders do NOT require a signature at delivery. If you have specific delivery requests, contact us before shipping.

5. Order Tracking & Notifications

Tracking Number:

As soon as your T-shirt order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a unique tracking number.

How to Track:

Use this number on the carrier’s website or via the “Track My Order” link on potoslime.com.

Tracking Activation:

Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking link to become active after shipment.

6. Address Changes & Delivery Accuracy

Shipping Accuracy:

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your T-shirt order.

Corrections:

If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of your order. We cannot change the address after your T-shirt has shipped.

Failed Deliveries:

If a T-Shirt order is returned due to address errors, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply).

7. What to Do If…

Your T-Shirt Arrives Damaged:

Contact us with photos within 48 hours. We’ll prioritize a replacement or full refund.

Your Tracking Shows Delivered, But No Package.

Check secure areas, neighbors, or with your local carrier. If not found, notify us within 3 business days for carrier follow-up.

Order Lost in Transit:

We will investigate with the carrier. If lost, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Order Delayed:

Weather or carrier volume may rarely impact delivery times. We will keep you informed and support you with carrier communication.

8. Delivery Limitations

  • Potoslime only ships T-shirts to US street addresses.
  • We do not ship to international addresses, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping:
During peak periods (holidays, sales), T-shirt orders may experience slight delays. We recommend ordering early for timely delivery.

10. Important Notes

  • Order Verification: We reserve the right to contact you if your T-shirt order details appear incomplete or require confirmation before shipping.
  • Refused or Unclaimed Shipments: If a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us, reshipment or refund (minus shipping costs) can be arranged.
