At Potoslime, we are dedicated to delivering top-quality T-shirts and the best possible customer experience. If your T-Shirt isn’t perfect, we make it easy to return, exchange, or request a refund—always with clear, fair, and transparent policies.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Eligible Products:
All standard T-shirts purchased at Potoslime.com and shipped within the United States.
Condition for Return:
- T-shirts must be new, unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- Must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories (if any).
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or with missing tags are not eligible.
Return Window:
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your T-Shirt, as verified by the delivery tracking number.
2. What is NOT Eligible for Return
- Worn, washed, or used T-shirts
- T-shirts with odors, stains, or visible signs of use
- Items missing original packaging or tags
- Final sale or customized T-shirts, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact Support:
Email contact@potoslime.com within 30 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, a brief reason for return/exchange, and clear photos if the T-Shirt is defective or incorrect.
Receive Return Authorization:
Our support team will review your request and send you a prepaid, printable return shipping label if your item qualifies.
Returns must be sent by mail using the provided label.
Unapproved or unsolicited returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Package Your T-Shirt:
Carefully fold the T-Shirt and place it, with all tags attached, in its original packaging.
Attach the return label and drop the package off at the nearest USPS, UPS, or FedEx location as instructed.
4. Processing Your Refund or Exchange
Inspection:
Once your T-Shirt arrives at our US warehouse, our team inspects it for eligibility.
You’ll receive an email update when your return is received and again when your refund or exchange is processed.
Refund Method:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
If you paid by gift card, store credit will be reissued.
Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection.
Most banks/cards post refunds within 5–10 business days; PayPal refunds appear within 3–5 days.
Exchanges:
If you requested an exchange (e.g., a different size), we’ll ship the replacement T-shirt at no additional cost as soon as the return is processed.
5. No Cost & No Hassle
- Return Shipping: We provide a free return shipping label for all eligible T-Shirt returns and exchanges.
- Restocking Fees: We never charge a restocking fee for T-shirts.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds are typically completed within 5 business days after we receive your return.
6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect T-Shirts
If your T-Shirt arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage from shipping, or is not the item you ordered:
- Contact contact@potoslime.com with photos.
- We will prioritize your claim and offer you a free replacement or full refund.
- Return shipping is always free in these cases.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund does not appear within 10 business days of approval:
- Check your bank or PayPal account.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing may take additional time.

8. Additional Important Information
- Unauthorized Returns: Items sent without return authorization or via another method may not be processed.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or final sale T-shirts are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
- Lost Returns: Always use the prepaid label we provide; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit if another shipping method is used.
